SIZING

Sizing on items are only for reference and might not be standard. Customers are responsible for checking the actual size of the garments being ordered. We will be more than happy to assist with any questions in sizing to help the accuracy of your order before it's placed. Once an order has reached our warehouse, it is considered final. No Refunds are allowed at this point. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

EXCHANGE

If you are in need of an exchange, there are certain steps to take in order to receive the most effective outcome. Keep in mind, we reserve the right to refuse any exchange due to fraud and/or any suspicious activities.

If you need to exchange for a larger or smaller size, you MUST contact Free Angel Studios immediately via email: freeangelstudios@gmail.com. Please have your order # and name ready, so our staff will be able to effectively assist you. If we have your item available in the size, you need we will gladly proceed with your exchange. However, you now have a five business days to mail your items back to us. In the event we are sold out of the size you need and it is within the time frame of your purchase date, we will issue a store credit to you. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to send an item back. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange may vary. 

We prioritize having quality and unique pieces. We want your experience to be the same. When you place your order, we treat it with care. If you have to send an item back, please return it in the same care.
